Refund & Warranty Policy

We only accept returns for orders placed through our official website: wendougee.com. If you wish to request a return, please read the following carefully:

 

1. Return Eligibility Period

● Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

● After 30 days, returns are only accepted for items with verified quality issues.

 

2. Conditions for Returns & Refunds

● All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service team.

● Items must be returned in good condition, with all original accessories and packaging.

● A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Shipping Costs:

● If the return is due to customer reasons (including but not limited to a change of mind, purchase postponement, refusal of delivery, or cancellation after processing has begun), the customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return.

● Such costs may include, but are not limited to, shipping charges, carrier fees, handling fees, duties, taxes, customs-related charges, storage fees, and other third-party expenses incurred during the return process.

Partial Refunds:

● Only partial refunds will be granted for:

○ Items not in their original condition.

○ Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

 

Suspected Quality or Shipping Damage

If you suspect a product issue or shipping damage, follow these steps:

● Step 1: Contact us as soon as possible and send a video showing the problem.

● Step 2: After verifying that the issue is not resolved following our support instructions, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

 

3. How to Request a Return

● Email us at mica@wendougee.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the product.

● We will respond within 2 business days to confirm the return process.

Do not return items without confirmation from our team. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

● If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

● You may use any logistics provider of your choice to return the item.

 

4. Refund Timeframe

● Refunds are processed within 24 hours of return approval.

● The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received a refund, please contact us.

 

5. Return/Exchange Costs Summary

● No handling fees for returns or exchanges.

● We will cover postage for returns due to product defects or our errors.

● Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges due to personal preferences (e.g., color).

 

Exchanges

● The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have, and once approved, place a new order.

● Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of exchanges due to personal preference.

 

Order Cancellations

● Before Processing: Orders may be canceled without liability for cancellation-related costs if the request is made before the order begins processing. An order is considered to be in processing once fulfillment activities have begun. Order status shall be determined based on Wendougee's internal production and fulfillment.

● After Processing: Once processing has begun, cancellation requests may still be reviewed. However, any non-recoverable costs already incurred in fulfilling the order may be deducted from the refund amount.

● After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the shipping process. If a shipment is refused, returned, redirected, or otherwise interrupted at the customer's request, any resulting shipping, handling, duties, taxes, or third-party charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Wendougee. We aim to offer you a high-quality experience with our products.

● We offer a 12-month limited warranty on portable espresso machines.

● If you experience any product issues, please contact mica@wendougee.com to begin the warranty claim.

We will assess the issue and determine whether to provide:

● Replacement parts

● A new machine (for quality-related faults only)

Note: The warranty does not cover man-made damage. Warranty coverage is non-transferable and does not apply to second-hand purchases (e.g., from eBay or Craigslist).
